Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

All products must be returned in their original condition, complete with the original box, tags, manuals, and warranties (paper or digital). Products that are used, damaged, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

If you discover a manufacturing defect, please notify us by email within 30 days of receiving your order at support@cecilemilan.com. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to the “Orders” section
  3. Select the order you wish to return
  4. Click “Return Order”
  5. Select the item(s) and reason for return
  6. Submit your request

Once submitted, our team will review your request and notify you by email. Returns are reviewed to ensure compliance with our return conditions.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

If you exercise this right, all payments received from you — including standard delivery costs — will be refunded within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without additional fees.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If requested, we may provide return shipping instructions or a prepaid label, the cost of which may be deducted from the refund.
