Shipping Timeframes

  • Handling Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days in total, depending on the destination and carrier.

All in-stock products are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees. The price shown at checkout is the final delivery price.

Shipping Origin & Taxes

All orders are shipped from the European Union (EU).

For European Union countries, prices include VAT. No additional taxes or duties are charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (AWB).

You can track your order:

  • via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email;

  • directly on the carrier’s official website using your tracking number.
