At Cecile Milan, customers may return eligible items within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, together with any accessories and documents included with the product where applicable.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Timeframes
- Return Request Period: within 30 days from delivery
- Return Inspection Time: 3 business days after receipt of the returned item
- Refund Processing Time: 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item
Return Procedure
To arrange a return, please contact us at support@cecilemilan.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number in your message.
After your request is received, we will provide the return details applicable to your order, including the correct return instructions and return address confirmation where needed.
For accurate processing, returns should be sent after contacting our customer service team.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included documents must be returned with the item.
- All returned items are inspected upon receipt before a refund is approved.
Defective or Incorrect Items

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
If you exercise this right, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and no additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by Cecile Milan.
We do not charge any restocking fee for returned products.
When a return is requested, our customer service team will provide the relevant return instructions for your order.
